OPTION CLAUSE: The Purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered up to 25 percent of bid quantity at the time of placement of contract. The purchaser also reserves the right to increase the ordered quantity up to 25% of the contracted quantity during the currency of the contract at the contracted rates. The delivery period of quantity shall commence from the last date of original delivery order and in cases where option clause is exercised during the extended delivery period the additional time shall commence from the last date of extended delivery period. The additional delivery time shall be (Increased quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delivery period (in days), subject to minimum of 30 days. If the original delivery period is less than 30 days, the additional time equals the original delivery period. The Purchaser may extend this calculated delivery duration up to the original delivery period while exercising the option clause. Bidders must comply with these terms.

OEM/Seller must have a registered office in Kerala. The bidder shall furnish a valid GST regi stration certificate showing the address of the registered office in Kerala.

The bidder must have relevant experience in the supply and installation of the items listed i n this bid. Attach at least three work order copies showing similar supply and installation executed thr ough the GeM portal in Kerala during FY 2023-24, 24-25 & 25-26. The bidder/seller should h ave successfully supplied products of the same brand during the preceding two years and s hall submit supporting documents as proof of such supplies.

A functional service centre must be available in the consignee district. - The bidder shall submit address proof of the service centre. - The service centre should have qualified engineers for warranty support.

The bidder shall quote only products that are not obsolete and are current OEM models with active warranty support.

Bidder’s offer is liable to be rejected if they fail to upload any of the required certificates/do cuments mentioned in the bid, ATC, or corrigendum.

Both the Vendor and OEM must be ISO-certified. Attach relevant ISO certificates.

The OEM warranty certificate must be submitted by the successful bidder at the time of del ivery. - The seller shall guarantee rectification/replacement during the warranty period. - The seller must have a well-established installation, commissioning, training, and service network in India for prompt after-sales support.

The seller must upload a self-certification confirming adherence to all clauses mentioned in this ATC.

The buyer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid based on the market survey or tech nical evaluation of the offered products.

The bidder must have a minimum of 7 years’ experience on the GeM platform (attach docu mentary proof).

The bidder should be either an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or an authorized pa rtner of the proposed products. A Manufacturer’s Authorization Form (MAF), specific to this t ender and issued by the respective OEM, should be submitted along with the bid.

The quoted price must be all-inclusive of supply, installation, and basic configuration charg es.

The specifications mentioned in the tender represent the minimum essential requirements. The bidder must ensure full compliance and attach product datasheets for verification.

The bidder shall submit a self-declaration on company letterhead stating that the firm has not been blacklisted in GeM or by any government organization during the past five years.

The bidder must have a minimum of 4-star (LBL) final GeM seller rating. Attach a screensho t as proof.

The bidder must have achieved a minimum business of ₹10 Crore or above on GeM. Attach supporting proof from the GeM dashboard or order summary.

After technical evaluation, the bidder shall provide an onsite demonstration of the offered p roduct at the buyer’s office, if requested.
