OPTION CLAUSE: The Purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered up to 25 percent of bid quantity at the time of placement of contract. The purchaser also reserves the right to increase the ordered quantity up to 25% of the contracted quantity during the currency of the contract at the contracted rates. The delivery period of quantity shall commence from the last date of original delivery order and in cases where option clause is exercised during the extended delivery period the additional time shall commence from the last date of extended delivery period. The additional delivery time shall be (Increased quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delivery period (in days), subject to minimum of 30 days. If the original delivery period is less than 30 days, the additional time equals the original delivery period. The Purchaser may extend this calculated delivery duration up to the original delivery period while exercising the option clause. Bidders must comply with these terms.

Availability of Service Centres: Bidder/OEM must have a Functional Service Centre in the State of each Consignee's Location in case of carry-in warranty. (Not applicable in case of goods having on-site warranty). If service center is not already there at the time of bidding, successful bidder / OEM shall have to establish one within 30 days of award of contract. Payment shall be released only after submission of documentary evidence of having Functional Service Centre.

Buyer Added text based ATC clauses

OEM/Seller must have a registered office in Kerala. The bidder shall furnish a valid GST registration certificate showing the addre ss of the registered office in Kerala.

The bidder must have relevant experience in the supply and installation of the items listed in this bid. Attach at least three work order copies showing similar supply and installation executed through the GeM portal in Kerala during FY 2023-24, 24-25 & 25-26. The bidder/seller should have successfully supplied products of the same brand during the pr eceding two years and shall submit supporting documents as proof of such supplies.

A functional service centre must be available in the consignee district. - The bidder shall submit address proof of the service centre. - The service centre should have qualified engineers for warranty support.

The bidder shall quote only products that are not obsolete and are current OEM models with active warranty support.

Bidder’s offer is liable to be rejected if they fail to upload any of the required certificates/documents mentioned in the bid, ATC, or corrigendum.

Both the Vendor and OEM must be ISO-certified. Attach relevant ISO certificates.

The OEM warranty certificate must be submitted by the successful bidder at the time of delivery. - The seller shall guarantee rectification/replacement during the warranty period. - The seller must have a well-established installation, commissioning, training, and service network in India for prompt after-sale s support.

The seller must upload a self-certification confirming adherence to all clauses mentioned in this ATC.

The buyer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid based on the market survey or technical evaluation of the offered prod ucts.

The bidder must have a minimum of 7 years’ experience on the GeM platform (attach documentary proof).

The bidder should be either an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or an authorized partner of the proposed products. A Ma nufacturer’s Authorization Form (MAF), specific to this tender and issued by the respective OEM, should be submitted along with the bid.

The quoted price must be all-inclusive of supply, installation, and basic configuration charges.

The specifications mentioned in the tender represent the minimum essential requirements. The bidder must ensure full complia nce and attach product datasheets for verification.

The bidder shall submit a self-declaration on company letterhead stating that the firm has not been blacklisted in GeM or by any government organization during the past five years.

The bidder must have a minimum of 4-star (LBL) final GeM seller rating. Attach a screenshot as proof.

The bidder must have achieved a minimum business of ₹10 Crore or above on GeM. Attach supporting proof from the GeM dash board or order summary.

The bidder shall submit CA-certified turnover details for the last three financial years (FY 2023-24, FY 2024-25 & FY 2025-26) as proof of financial capability and business performance. . अ'वीकरण अ'वीकरण /Disclaimer
