Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) on or before bid end date and time, wherever applicable. F. Duly filled annexures attached under “Buyer uploaded ATC document”. G. Duly filled Integrity Pact (IP), wherever applicable. H. Any document which needs to be certified by a practicing chartered accountant (CA) as per tender requirement, must bear UDIN, without which, the document will not be accepted. I. Any other document(s) specifically stipulated elsewhere in the tender/contract terms. H. The vehicle carrying the material shall have all statutory documents valid and up to date, includ ing but not limited to: Valid Driving License of the driver Valid Pollution Under Control Certificate (PUCC) Registration Certificate (RC) copy of the vehicle Valid Insurance Certificate Valid Road Tax/Permit, wherever applicable Non-submission of the above documents, or submission of expired/invalid documents, shall render the vehicle/material liable to be denied entry into the plant premises. NALCO shall not be held resp onsible for any delay arising out of such shortfall/non-compliance on the part of the supplier/trans porter.

A. Any clarification/representation against the bid document prior to bid opening, shall be s ought by the bidders online in the GeM Portal i.e., through the GeM representation window only. Q ueries/clarifications/representations which are received through any mode other than GeM portal ( offline mode or e-mail, etc.) will not be considered/entertained. B. During bid evaluation, any clarification/shortfall documents shall be sought on GeM porta l through clarification window. Bidders must submit the same on the portal only. Clarifications/shor tfall documents received through any other modes shall not be considered/entertained. C. Shortfall documents, if submitted during the representation window after disqualification of the offer on account of non-submission of mandatory documents, despite clarification sought a nd sufficient time allowed in accordance with GeM guidelines, shall not be accepted. Such submiss ions shall not be entertained and the corresponding offers shall remain liable for rejection.
