Buyer Added text based ATC clauses ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA (1) Only indigenous manufacturers are eligible to quote. The tenderer s hall submit ISO certificate/ the certificate from any Govt. / Govt. autho rized agency to show that the bidder is a manufacturer of the “Spares for Apron Feeder (Carrier roller/Track roller / Return roller Ass embly )/ /Manufacture of machinery for mining ,quarrying an d construction. ”. (2) The bidder must have supplied the Apron Feederspares or it’s Carrier roller/Track roller / Return roller Assembly to any of the SAIL units/PSU/Government Organizations/Public limited companies d uring last 07(Seven) years from the date of issue of NIT . (3) Documentary evidence like P.O. copies and Tax Invoice in supp ort of completion of supply must be submitted by the bidder. (4) In support of successful completion of purchase orders mentioned & submitted by the tenderers as required in point 2, they shall submit th e performance certificate from the purchaser or submit a “ self-att ested declaration “ that the item’s supplied against above purchase orders has no adverse report from the purchaser as on bid submission date and the above purchase orders is a regular order not a trial order . (5) In case , the supply is completed indirectly then the tenderer has to submit relevant documents to establish that the end user of item supp lied against the above purchase order is amongst the four types of org anizations mentioned above. (6) Bidder’s minimum average financial turn over in any consecutive th ree years of last four years must be Minimum Rs15 lakhs from the bid invitation date. Bidders is required to submit audited profit and loss a ccounts/balance sheet (6.1)PROVISION FOR THE FIRM WHO HAS STARTED THE BUSSINESS SIN CE LAST TWO YEARS. CASE 1 Turn over value is in increasing trend then the average of the two turn over values must be equal to or mare than the limiting turn over value mention ed in point 6. CASE –II Turn over value is in decreasing trend then the lower of the two turn ove r values must be equal to or mare than the limiting turn over value mentioned i n point 6. (6.2) PROVISION FOR THE FIRM WHO HAS STARTED THE BUSSINESS SI NCE LAST ONE YEARS. 50% of the turn over value must be equal to or more than the limiting turn over value mentioned in point 6. (7) The bidder is required to submit self-attested photocopies of docum ents in support of their eligibility and experience along with the techn o-commercial bid .In addition bidder shall submit an undertaking in t he enclosed format (Annexure-A) declaring that the documents submitted by them are genuine.
