OPTION CLAUSE 25% : The buyer can increase or decrease the contract quantity or contract duration up to 25 percent at the time of issue of the contract. However, once the contract is issued, the contract quantity or contract duration can only be increased up to 25 percent. Bidders are bound to accept the revised quantity or duration. For lumpsum-based service contracts, the buyer may increase the scope of work and contract value up to 25 percent with the consent of the service provider

Buyer Added text based ATC clauses Additional Terms and conditions: - a) The monthly limit of mileage shall be 2200 Kms. The cumulative unused mileage or saved/extra mileage from the prescribed limit in a month shall be rolled over to subsequent months for adjustments till the end of the contract period. b) The taxi/vehicle should be registered in Uttarakhand State only and the colour of the vehicle should be white. c) The preference shall be given to the Maruti XL6 Alpha and caption sheet. d) The fuel tank in the vehicle shall always be kept full by the vendor as and when it goes near to half mar k. e) Distance travelled for fueling & servicing of vehicle shall not be included in the monthly or cumulative u s age limit of the vehicle as decided in the agreement . f) The vehicle should not be used for any other place or purposes except for Ld. PCIT, Dehradun or O/o PCI T, Dehradun without permission of the authority. g) When the vehicle is not in use (during off duty hours) it should be placed at the premise of Aaykar Bhaw an, Dehradun and driver shall arrange his own conveyance for attending his duties. h) Drivers should wear proper uniform along with identity card issued by the vendor. Vendor will also ensu re police verification of the driver deployed for the vehicle. i) Car should be kept clean and Oduor free, suitable for official use. j) The contractor/vendor and driver will sign a bond for not disclosing the details of the movement of the v ehicle by keeping the confidentiality of the place and purpose of visit. k) In case of any kind of lapse in traffic rules & regulations during contract period the charges/fee will be b orne by the vendor. l) The vendor shall ensure the timely payment of salary/wages to the driver on monthly basis. m) Only class -1 local supplier will be technically qaulified. n) Quality of service certificate as well as documents related to experience of 7 or more years is mandator y. . अ'वीकरण अ'वीकरण /Disclaimer
