OPTION CLAUSE 25% : The buyer can increase or decrease the contract quantity or contract duration up to 25 percent at the time of issue of the contract. However, once the contract is issued, the contract quantity or contract duration can only be increased up to 25 percent. Bidders are bound to accept the revised quantity or duration. For lumpsum-based service contracts, the buyer may increase the scope of work and contract value up to 25 percent with the consent of the service provider

Buyer Added text based ATC clauses Deployment on rental basis of vehicle mounted smart and silent 7.5 KVA DG set along w ith telescopic lighting tower 8 mtrs or higher height, having 280 watts X 4 nos LED flood lights/equivalent fittings of same or higher rating in totality, along with all required acce ssories, mounted on suitable motor vehicle - 01 nos of such motor vehicle mounted com plete units – for providing mobile illumination facility at high mobility mining faces and o ther isolated areas not having power lighting purpose for a period of 360 days (05 sets ). Scope of Work: Operation, operational maintenance and repair, shifting of D.G set, tel escopic lighting tower and light fitting from one location to another on as and when req uired basis. NOTE:-

Diesel Cost for running the DG set only will be reimbursed on the basis of a ctual working hour of DG set, fuel efficiency 20 ltrs/day/vehicle (1.67 ltr/hr/ve hicle) and prevailing Local market fuel price, subject to production of docume ntary evidence. Cost of diesel required for movement of vehicle shall be born e by the contractor and shall not be reimbursed.

The Lump cost of service quoted by the bidders, against the above service for the co ntract period of 360 days, shall include equipment rental cost, all spare parts cost includ ing lights and light fittings, repair and maintenance cost, operator wages, overhead and contractors profit, all other expenses and taxes, duties, levies including applicable GST @18% and excluding cost of diesel required for running Diesel Generator set . If the complete deployment of vehicle as per NIT is absent for one day, the hiring cost of one day is to be deducted as penalty for non-deployment, over and above deduction for no n-deployment.

If the light fittings installed on the lighting tower remain non-operative for more than FOUR hours in a single day, then deployment of such lighting tower shall be considered as absent on that particular day and penalty shall be imposed as per above clause no -1.

If light fittings are not glowing for less than FOUR hours, then deduction will be done f or total hours for not glowing, consider the cost of one day is for 12 hours.
