FIRE RESISTANT HYDRAULIC FLUIDS, HFDU-68

OPTION CLAUSE: The Purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered up to 25 percent of bid quantity at the time of placement of contract. The purchaser also reserves the right to increase the ordered quantity up to 25% of the contracted quantity during the currency of the contract at the contracted rates. The delivery period of quantity shall commence from the last date of original delivery order and in cases where option clause is exercised during the extended delivery period the additional time shall commence from the last date of extended delivery period. The additional delivery time shall be (Increased quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delivery period (in days), subject to minimum of 30 days. If the original delivery period is less than 30 days, the additional time equals the original delivery period. The Purchaser may extend this calculated delivery duration up to the original delivery period while exercising the option clause. Bidders must comply with these terms.

Bidders are advised to check applicable GST on their own before quoting. Buyer will not take any responsibility in this regards. GST reimbursement will be as per actuals or as per applicable rates (whichever is lower), subject to the maximum of quoted GST %.

Bidder shall submit the following documents along with their bid for Vendor Code Creation: a. Copy of PAN Card. b. Copy of GSTIN. c. Copy of Cancelled Cheque. d. Copy of EFT Mandate duly certified by Bank.

Experience Criteria: The Bidder or its OEM {themselves or through reseller(s)} should have regularly, manufactured and supplied same or similar Category Products to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU for 3 years before the bid opening date. Copies of relevant contracts to be submitted along with bid in support of having supplied some quantity during each of the year. In case of bunch bids, the primary product having highest value should meet this criterion.

Supplier shall ensure that the Invoice is raised in the name of Consignee with GSTIN of Consignee only.

Scope of supply (Bid price to include all cost components) : Only supply of Goods

Warranty period of the supplied products shall be 1 years from the date of final acceptance of goods or after completion of installation, commissioning & testing of goods (if included in the scope of supply), at consignee location. OEM Warranty certificates must be submitted by Successful Bidder at the time of delivery of Goods. The seller should guarantee the rectification of goods in case of any break down during the guarantee period. Seller should have well established Installation, Commissioning, Training, Troubleshooting and Maintenance Service group in INDIA for attending the after sales service. Details of Service Centres near consignee destinations are to be uploaded along with the bid.

Buyer Added text based ATC clauses Procurement of HFDU-68 Hydraulic Oil (Fire Resistant) for SDLs & UDMs at Ma heshpur Colliery under Govindpur Area Bidder is required to agree to all the details/parameters mentioned below

Requirement: Fire Resistant Hydraulic Fluid, HFDU-68, non- toxic, type- synthetic fl uid (organic ester), shall be suitable for use in machineries working in underground coa l mines and shall conform to IS: 10532, Part-V with latest amendment, for physio-chem ical properties and IS: 7895- 1975, amended up to date, for fire resistant characteristic s. HFDU-68 shall comply the DGMS circular No.DGMS/Mech/Tech. Cir. (Approval) No. 02 d t

Packing: Supply should be made in 20 liters packing non-returnable HDPE container. Galvanize d drums/barrels shall not be used for packing. The containers together with associated fittings shall conform to IS 10532 Part V.

Marking : Each container shall be legibly and indelibly marked as per clause 2 of circular issued b y DGMS vide their approval no:- DGMS/Mech/Tech.Cir (Approval) No 02 Dated

The container of the Fire Resistant Hydraulic Fluid shall be securely closed and permanently marked with name of manufacturer, type, grade, mass of the materi al, month and year of manufacturing and the instructions for use. b. The container of the fire Resistant Hydraulic Fluid shall also bear with declarati on stating that it is "Suitable for use in Underground machinery in Coal Mines". Note : v EMD: An amount of 2% (i.e., Rs. 13671/-) of estimated value of tender shoul d be deposit by the bidder at the time of bidding. (Details are mentioned i n ATC of this GeM bid) Forms of EMD: a) Bidders can also submit the EMD with Account Payee Demand Draft in favou r of BHARAT COKING COAL LIMITED payable at DHANBAD. Bidder has to upload scanned copy / proof of the DD along with bid and has to ensure delivery of hardcopy to the Buyer within 5 days of Bid End date / Bid O pening date. v Security Deposit: The successful tenderer (L-1 bidder) are required to subm it an amount of 5% of total contract value within 15 (fifteen) days from dat e of notification of award/ placement of order as Security deposit.
