OPTION CLAUSE: The Purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered up to 25 percent of bid quantity at the time of placement of contract. The purchaser also reserves the right to increase the ordered quantity up to 25% of the contracted quantity during the currency of the contract at the contracted rates. The delivery period of quantity shall commence from the last date of original delivery order and in cases where option clause is exercised during the extended delivery period the additional time shall commence from the last date of extended delivery period. The additional delivery time shall be (Increased quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delivery period (in days), subject to minimum of 30 days. If the original delivery period is less than 30 days, the additional time equals the original delivery period. The Purchaser may extend this calculated delivery duration up to the original delivery period while exercising the option clause. Bidders must comply with these terms.

The quoted brand must be well-established, known for quality and reliability, with a strong market presence, positi ve customer feedback, and active visibility on the GeM platform. The bidder must have an average annual turnover of ₹25 crore or above over the past three financial years. A Ch artered Accountant–certified document for the last three years must be uploaded along with the ATC. Ensure the submission of a product sample for evaluation on or before the bid closing date and proof should submi t along with the ATC The bidder must submit work order copies for IT products or services, demonstrating either a single purchase orde r of ₹1 crore or above, or two purchase orders each valued at a minimum of ₹75 lakhs, or three purchase orders ea ch valued at a minimum of ₹50 lakhs.
