OPTION CLAUSE: The Purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered up to 25 percent of bid quantity at the time of placement of contract. The purchaser also reserves the right to increase the ordered quantity up to 25% of the contracted quantity during the currency of the contract at the contracted rates. The delivery period of quantity shall commence from the last date of original delivery order and in cases where option clause is exercised during the extended delivery period the additional time shall commence from the last date of extended delivery period. The additional delivery time shall be (Increased quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delivery period (in days), subject to minimum of 30 days. If the original delivery period is less than 30 days, the additional time equals the original delivery period. The Purchaser may extend this calculated delivery duration up to the original delivery period while exercising the option clause. Bidders must comply with these terms.

Bidder financial standing: The bidder should not be under liquidation, court receivership or similar proceedings, should not be bankrupt. Bidder to upload undertaking to this effect with bid.

Bidders are advised to check applicable GST on their own before quoting. Buyer will not take any responsibility in this regards. GST reimbursement will be as per actuals or as per applicable rates (whichever is lower), subject to the maximum of quoted GST %.

Scope of supply (Bid price to include all cost components) : Only supply of Goods

Nominated Inspection Agency: On behalf of the Buyer organization, any one of the following Inspection Agency would be conducting inspection of stores before acceptance: Pre-dispatch Inspection at Seller Premises (applicable only if pre-dispatch inspection clause has been selected in ATC): NIL Post Receipt Inspection at consignee site before acceptance of stores: CONSIGNEE

Bidder's offer is liable to be rejected if they don't upload any of the certificates / documents sought in the Bid document, ATC and Corrigendum if any.

The bidder is required to upload, along with the bid, all relevant certificates such as BIS licence, type test certificate, approval certificates and other certificates as prescribed in the Product Specification given in the bid document.

mit Past performance/Experience certificate supplied to any Central/State Govt Organization/PSU for mini mum 20% or 1 number which is higher of bid quantity, like GeM CRAC [Consignee Receipt & Acceptance C ertificate] or Inspection Certificate or Railway Receipt Note or Acceptance Certificate of material by buyer/ consignee [same or similar item] in at least one of the last three Financial years and current financial year before the bid opening date [A] Past performance submitted shall be from the same OEM or same brand which is offered in the bid, If u nbranded product is offered then execution documents, for fulfilling the past performance, of the same pro duct shall be submitted. [B] In case the tenderer participates as verified reseller, then the performance as required above shall be t hat of Principal (OEM) for which product has been offered in this bid. [C] It may so happen that the reseller has credentials of past supply for a different Principal/OEM but this w ill not be considered as performance for placing order in case of change of Principal/OEM whose product ha s been offered. NOTE:- (i) In view of Past performance, submission of only contract copies/Invoices/will not be considered.
