OPTION CLAUSE: The Purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered up to 25 percent of bid quantity at the time of placement of contract. The purchaser also reserves the right to increase the ordered quantity up to 25% of the contracted quantity during the currency of the contract at the contracted rates. The delivery period of quantity shall commence from the last date of original delivery order and in cases where option clause is exercised during the extended delivery period the additional time shall commence from the last date of extended delivery period. The additional delivery time shall be (Increased quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delivery period (in days), subject to minimum of 30 days. If the original delivery period is less than 30 days, the additional time equals the original delivery period. The Purchaser may extend this calculated delivery duration up to the original delivery period while exercising the option clause. Bidders must comply with these terms.

Buyer Added text based ATC clauses The following Buyer Added Bid Specific Terms and Condition s will apply for this bid. These Specific Terms and Conditions will modify / substitute / supplement the other clauses menti oned in bid document. Whenever there is any conflict between the provision of oth er clauses mentioned in the bid document and that in the Bu yer Added Bid Specific Terms and Conditions, the provision contained in the Buyer Added Bid Specific Terms and Conditi ons shall prevail. Ø The quoted item/service by the seller should comply all terms and conditions, specifications of the document uploaded by the buyer under technical specificat ions. Ø Bidder are required to submit OEM certificate/Authorization certificate fro m OEM along with this bid. In case bidder quote goods of more than one OEM t he MAF is required from all different OEM. Ø Bidders are required to submit all the required Annexures [I, II, III duly filled an d signed in the prescribed format only and as per the Buyer uploaded "ATC doc ument” along with their Technical Bid document . All annexures as required un der the ATC are mandatory documents and in case of any deviation or its non-s ubmission, the submitted bid shall be summarily rejected Ø Performance Security or Performance Bank Guarantee (PBG):- The successful bidder(s), on whom order will be placed, has to submit a performance security o f 5% of the total order value at the earliest as per PO terms before release of an y payment. Performance security has to be submitted in the form of Bank Guara ntee/Demand Draft from any Nationalized/Scheduled commercial Bank in favou r of the Registrar, IIT (ISM), Dhanbad . Performance security should remain v alid for a period of two months beyond the date of completion of all contractual obligations of the successful bidder(s). No interest will be payable by IIT (ISM) D hanbad on the Performance Security deposited. In case the contractor fails to pr ovide satisfactory service, the Performance Security submitted by the bidder(s) is liable to be forfeited. Ø Bidders are required to submit PAN and GST certificate along with this bid. Ø Bidders are required to submit all relevant documents / data as asked in bid doc ument. Warranty period of the supplied products shall be as given in specifications from the date of final acceptance of goods or after completion of installation, commissioning & testing of goods (if included in the scope of supply), at consignee location. OEM Warranty certificates must be submitted by Successful Bidder at the time of delivery of Goods. The seller should guarantee the rectification of goods in case of any break down during the guarantee period. Seller should have well established Installation, Commissioning, Training, Troubleshooting and Maintenance Service group in INDIA for attending the after sales service.
