Taxes and other costs, if any : IGST @ 5% will be paid extra vide Notification No. 09/2025 Int egrated Tax (Rate) Schedule-I; Sl. No. 462 dated 17.09.2025 by Ministry of Finance, Dept. of Rev enue. Liquidated Damages @ 0.5% per week of delay or part thereof subject to maxim um of 5% of order value including elements of GST, freight & statutory variation is applicable beyond the promised delivery schedule. However, in case of inordi nate delay of more than one-fourth in completion period, LD subject to maximu m of 10% of the total order value shall be recovered .

Force Majeure : Should a part or whole of the item(s) covered by this Contract be delayed in delive ry due to reason on Force Majeure which shall include lock-outs, strikes, riots, civil commotions, fire accide nts, acts of god and war, stoppage of deliveries by Government, the delivery period referred in this contra ct shall be extended by a period(s) not in excess of duration of such force majeure. Each party undertakes to advise the other as soon as it becomes aware of the circumstances of such force majeure so that action s under the provisions of this contract can be mutually reviewed and agreed up on between supplier and V SSC. If the force majeure conditions exists over a period of six months, both the parties of the contract sha ll mutually discuss and arrive at an agreement for the continuation or the termination of Contract.
