OPTION CLAUSE 50% : The buyer can increase or decrease the contract quantity or contract duration up to 50 percent at the time of issue of the contract. However, once the contract is issued, the contract quantity or contract duration can only be increased up to 50 percent. Bidders are bound to accept the revised quantity or duration. For lumpsum-based service contracts, the buyer may increase the scope of work and contract value up to 50 percent with the consent of the service provider

Bidders can also submit the EMD with Account Payee Demand Draft in favour of E&AO, UPGD, SURVEY OF INDIA payable at LUCKNOW . Bidder has to upload scanned copy / proof of the DD along with bid and has to ensure delivery of hardcopy to the Buyer within 5 days of Bid End date / Bid Opening date.

Successful Bidder can submit the Performance Security in the form of Account Payee Demand Draft also (besides PBG which is allowed as per GeM GTC). DD should be made in favour of E&AO, UPGD, SURVEY OF INDIA payable at LUCKNOW . After award of contract, Successful Bidder can upload scanned copy of the DD in place of PBG and has to ensure delivery of hard copy to the original DD to the Buyer within 15 days of award of contract.

Buyer Added text based ATC clauses (1) The hiring of vehicles shall be undertaken on a monthly requirement basis for Indo-Nepal Boundary Sur vey work. Minimum 3 vehicles and maximum 5 vehicles will be deployed as per the requirement. There is no obligation on the part of Survey of India to hire all 5 vehicles during the contract period. (2) The Service Provider must have a functional office located within the municipal limits of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, which has been operational for at least twelve (12) months prior to the date of bid publication(GS T registration duly mentioning the registered address with GST authority should be minimum 1 year old). D ocumentary evidence in the form of a valid Rent Agreement or registered Sale Deed must be uploaded wit h the bid. The Buyer reserves the right to conduct a physical verification of the stated office premises befo re issuing the contract. (3) The bidding entity (firm/proprietorship/company) must be registered with the Regional Transport Office , Lucknow. Valid registration documents must be uploaded with the bid. (4) The bidder must have a minimum of twelve (12) vehicles of required category registered with RTO, Luc know. These vehicles should be in the name of the bidding entity, proprietor, or their immediate blood rela tives (e.g. spouse, parents, children). Valid RCs must be uploaded as proof. All such vehicles must be avail able for deployment as per buyer requirement. (5) The bidder must possess valid EPF and ESIC registration under applicable labour laws. Copies of both c ertificates must be uploaded along with the bid to ensure compliance with statutory employee welfare pro vision. (6) Service Provider must have experience of providing vehicles in all Districts of Uttar Pradesh through a s ingle contract in past one year. Contract Order should be provided for evaluation. (7) Vehicles may have to cross India-Nepal Boundary during work. Any charges during movement of vehicl e from India to Nepal as per the Government norms will be paid by the Buyer on producing the receipt of t he payment by the Service Provider along with the bill of the vehicle. . अ'वीकरण अ'वीकरण /Disclaimer
