MSE & Start-up Exemption for Turnover: Yes (i.e For MSE / Start-up bidders, relaxation of 20% on financ ial criteria of MAAT (bidder turnover) is considered i.e. an MSE / Start-up bidder meeting 80% of MAAT (bid der turnover) requirement for this package shall be considered qualified on this aspect).

GRID-INDIA reserves the right to relax/waive-off minor deviations with respect to QR as stipulated in th e bid document, the decision of GRID-INDIA in this regard shall be final & binding on bidders.

Bidders need to submit the documents uploaded in 'Buyer uploaded ATC document' clause of bid docu ment.

Eligibility criteria /terms & condition available in GeM: Clause 29 (i.e. One Bid per Bidder) of GeM GTC.

The period of the contract is for 2 years. However, NERLDC, GRID-INDIA reserves the right to extend th e contract for an additional one year on mutually agreed basis, but on the same rate, terms and conditions .

The Bidder should have executed Similar Services during the last 3 years ending last day of the month previous to the month of bid end date, as per following criteria: a) Three similar completed service costing not less than Rs. 4,14,000/- (15% of estimated bid value) each; or b) Two similar completed service costing not less than Rs. 5,52,000/- (20% of estimated bid value) each.; or c) One similar completed service costing not less than Rs. 9,66,000/- (35% of estimated bid value) each. For fulfilling the experience criteria any one of the following documents may be considered as valid proof f or meeting the experience criteria: a) Purchase Order copy along with Invoice(s) with self-certification by the bidder that supplies against the i nvoices have been executed. b) Execution certificate by client with order value. c) Any other document in support of order execution like Third Party Inspection release note, etc.

Bidder shall submit the following documents along with their bid for Vendor Code Creation: a) Copy of PAN Card. b) Copy of GSTIN. c) Copy of Cancelled Cheque. d) Copy of EFT Mandate duly certified by Bank. .
