OPTION CLAUSE: The Purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered up to 25 percent of bid quantity at the time of placement of contract. The purchaser also reserves the right to increase the ordered quantity up to 25% of the contracted quantity during the currency of the contract at the contracted rates. The delivery period of quantity shall commence from the last date of original delivery order and in cases where option clause is exercised during the extended delivery period the additional time shall commence from the last date of extended delivery period. The additional delivery time shall be (Increased quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delivery period (in days), subject to minimum of 30 days. If the original delivery period is less than 30 days, the additional time equals the original delivery period. The Purchaser may extend this calculated delivery duration up to the original delivery period while exercising the option clause. Bidders must comply with these terms.

Manufacturer Authorization: Wherever Authorised Distributors/service providers are submitting the bid, Authorisation Form /Certificate with OEM/Original Service Provider details such as name, designation, address, e-mail Id and Phone No. required to be furnished along with the bid

Bidder's offer is liable to be rejected if they don't upload any of the certificates / documents sought in the Bid document, ATC and Corrigendum if any.

Buyer Added text based ATC clauses Scope of warranty: The materials supplied shall be new and in conformity with purchase order d ocuments and be free from all defects in design, engineering, material workmanship and performa nce including modifications, improvements and replacements for a period of 12 calendar months f rom the date of commissioning or 18 months from the date of receipt of materials at site whichev er is earlier. Defect rectification timeline: Upon intimation / written notice from the PURCHASER, the SELLE R shall remedy free of expenses, to the PURCHASER such defects as noticed and developed under the normal use, within the said guarantee period. Payment Terms: All the payments will be made within 45 days from the appointed day i.e. -From the date of delivery of goods or rendering of services: Or -Where any objection is made in writing by the buyer regarding acceptance of goods or Services w ithin 15 days from the day of the delivery of goods or the rendering of service, the day on which s uch objection is removed by the supplier.
