OPTION CLAUSE: The Purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered up to 25 percent of bid quantity at the time of placement of contract. The purchaser also reserves the right to increase the ordered quantity up to 25% of the contracted quantity during the currency of the contract at the contracted rates. The delivery period of quantity shall commence from the last date of original delivery order and in cases where option clause is exercised during the extended delivery period the additional time shall commence from the last date of extended delivery period. The additional delivery time shall be (Increased quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delivery period (in days), subject to minimum of 30 days. If the original delivery period is less than 30 days, the additional time equals the original delivery period. The Purchaser may extend this calculated delivery duration up to the original delivery period while exercising the option clause. Bidders must comply with these terms.

Bidder's offer is liable to be rejected if they don't upload any of the certificates / documents sought in the Bid document, ATC and Corrigendum if any.

ISO 9001: The bidder or the OEM of the offered products must have ISO 9001 certification.

Buyer Added text based ATC clauses

For Technical Qualification, it is mandatory for the bidder to submit/show the physical sample of the requir ed materials (Granite Stone Slabs and GI Earthing Strip) to the designated Site In-charge / Buyer and obtai n a written Sample Approval Certificate before the bid end date and time. * Penalty Component: If any firm/bidder participates in this bid without uploading the valid, signed Sample Approval Certificate issued by the competent site authority, the firm/bidder will be straightway Technically Disqualified / Rejected without any further clarification or communication. No post-bid samples will be ent ertained.

The project execution is under strict timelines and urgent government directives. Therefore, the successful bidder must ensure the complete supply and delivery of all materials at the designated site within 03 to 05 Days from the date of issuance of the GeM Contract/Purchase Order.

To ensure immediate physical inspection, verification of material quality, and seamless coordination with t he project site, the bidder must have a registered commercial office or operational warehouse located with in the same district of the delivery location. Valid proof of local address (GST registration/Trade License) must be uploaded with the bid.

Final acceptance of the material will be subject to a thorough physical inspection by the competent authori ty at the site. The material must match the dimensions, polish, and quality approved during the pre-bid sa mple stage. Any variation will lead to immediate rejection of the consignment at the supplier's risk and cos t.

The quoted rates must be inclusive of all taxes (GST), duties, packing, forwarding, freight, loading, and unl oading charges up to the final delivery point at the site. No additional charges will be paid by the buyer un der any circumstances. . अ'वीकरण अ'वीकरण /Disclaimer
