OPTION CLAUSE: The Purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered up to 25 percent of bid quantity at the time of placement of contract. The purchaser also reserves the right to increase the ordered quantity up to 25% of the contracted quantity during the currency of the contract at the contracted rates. The delivery period of quantity shall commence from the last date of original delivery order and in cases where option clause is exercised during the extended delivery period the additional time shall commence from the last date of extended delivery period. The additional delivery time shall be (Increased quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delivery period (in days), subject to minimum of 30 days. If the original delivery period is less than 30 days, the additional time equals the original delivery period. The Purchaser may extend this calculated delivery duration up to the original delivery period while exercising the option clause. Bidders must comply with these terms.

Buyer Added text based ATC clauses A] Bidders must attach following documents as applicable (in addition to any other docume nt(s) required as per specification & bid), failing which offer shall be summarily rejected, without any back reference – [1] Documents in support of successful supply performance from Central / State Govt Orga nization / PSU [2] Documents in support of MSE registration. (for claiming MSE benefits) [3] Documents in support of Make in India policy i.e. % of local content in the offered produ ct for purchase preference. [4] In case of authorized dealer, firm must attach bid specific authorization from OEM. [5] Make, Model and Technical specification of the offered product shall also be uploaded a t the time of quoting bid. [6] [6] Bidder/OEM should submit valid BIS license for IS 1475 : part 1 :2001 (latest) for the product offered along with the bid. [7]Type Test Report : Firm must submit type test report (cooling Capacity test, Electric safe ty test etc.) not older than 5 years from Govt. Lab/NABL accredited Lab/ILAC accredited Lab to prove the confirmity of Specifications. In case of Non Compliance, the offer will be summ arily rejected. [B] INSPECTION CLAUSE: (i) RITES (Firms to mention OEM address for inspection by RITES) (ii) Offer of the bidders with deviation in inspection clause shall be summarily rejected with out any back reference. [C] Non submission of document(s) shall be treated as non compliance to the specification, eligibility and terms & conditions of bid, Offer of such bidders shall be rejected without any back reference. Bidders are advised to take note of the “One Bid per Bidder” policy stipulated under Para 2 9 of the GeM GTC. Accordingly: (i). For the same item/product in a BID/tender, either the Principal/OEM itself or its authoriz ed agent/dealer may submit a bid. Both cannot participate simultaneously. (ii). An authorized agent/dealer submitting a bid on behalf of a Principal/OEM shall not sub mit another bid on behalf of any other Principal/OEM for the same item/product in the same tender. (iii). Multiple offers from the same OEM through different bidders are not permitted (in term s of NR vigilance advise system improvement letter no. E-S/Vig/SI/GeM GTC Compliance/20 25 dated 03.07.2025) The OEM is advised to issue tender-specific authorization to only one firm for the particular item/product. (iv). In case multiple bidders submit offers representing the same OEM, or otherwise violat e the above provisions, the offers of all such bidders shall be disqualified in accordance wit h Para 29 of the GeM GTC and as per NR policy. [D] Warranty Clause : 30 months or as per OEM whichever is higher (from the date of deliv ery). .
