OPTION CLAUSE: The Purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered up to 25 percent of bid quantity at the time of placement of contract. The purchaser also reserves the right to increase the ordered quantity up to 25% of the contracted quantity during the currency of the contract at the contracted rates. The delivery period of quantity shall commence from the last date of original delivery order and in cases where option clause is exercised during the extended delivery period the additional time shall commence from the last date of extended delivery period. The additional delivery time shall be (Increased quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delivery period (in days), subject to minimum of 30 days. If the original delivery period is less than 30 days, the additional time equals the original delivery period. The Purchaser may extend this calculated delivery duration up to the original delivery period while exercising the option clause. Bidders must comply with these terms.

The technical offer submitted by each participating bidder shall be subjec t to verification by the Technical Evaluation Committee (TEC) . The TEC shall verify the offere d make, model, specifications, datasheets and compliance with the requirements of the GeM Bid/BO Q.

The Seller shall deliver all ordered items to the designated delivery loc ation in the Union Territory of Ladakh , as specified in the GeM Contract/Order.

shall complete the delivery within the delivery period specified in the GeM Con tract/Order and shall be responsible for safe transportation and delivery of the materials.

shall ensure proper and safe packing of all materials to prevent damage during trans portation and handling.

minimum 12 months OEM/manufacturer warranty from th e date of successful delivery and acceptance.

shall be replaced by the Seller free of cost , in cluding transportation charges.

shall have the right to inspect, test and verify the supplied materials against t he approved technical specifications before final acceptance.

shall provide GST invoice, warranty certificate and relevant product documentation wh erever applicable.
