OPTION CLAUSE 25% : The buyer can increase or decrease the contract quantity or contract duration up to 25 percent at the time of issue of the contract. However, once the contract is issued, the contract quantity or contract duration can only be increased up to 25 percent. Bidders are bound to accept the revised quantity or duration. For lumpsum-based service contracts, the buyer may increase the scope of work and contract value up to 25 percent with the consent of the service provider

AVAILABILITY OF OFFICE OF SERVICE PROVIDER: An office of the Service Provider must be located in the state of Consignee. DOCUMENTARY EVIDENCE TO BE SUBMITTED.

In the event where the distance travelled exceeds the monthly usage variant, amount will be paid for additional Kms as per schedule. Similarly, the unused Kms in a particular month as against the minimum guaranteed usage variant will be carried forward to the next month and additional Km if any in the next month shall be adjusted against this. However, the payment for the selected usage variant in a month will be paid every month.” Further, the unused Kms in a particular month shall not be carried forward or adjusted beyond 6 months

Proof for Past Experience and Project Experience clause: For fulfilling the experience criteria any one of the following documents may be considered as valid proof for meeting the experience criteria:a. Contract copy along with Invoice(s) with self-certification by the bidder that service/supplies against the invoices have been executed.b. Execution certificate by client with contract value.c. Any other document in support of contract execution like Third Party Inspection release note, etc.Proof for Past Experience and Project Experience clause: For fulfilling the experience criteria any one of the following documents may be considered as valid proof for meeting the experience criteria:a. Bidder's offer is liable to be rejected if they don't upload any of the certificates / documents sought in the Bid document, ATC and Corrigendum if any.

Buyer Added text based ATC clauses

All vehicles provided shall have all the necessary permits/licenses/cleara nces such as but not limited to fitness certificate, PUC, full comprehensive insurance, road permit, Commercial registration certificate, as per the Mot or Vehicles Act, RTO and other applicable laws and statutory bodies, for pr oviding good condition vehicles for this service.

Vehicle will be required at Night for Inspection and Emergency duty. The driver should be polite, courteous and alert during the duty.

In case of any issues for which the regular driver/vehicle is not available, the information should be given well in advance to the user and contractor shall arrange a suitable vehicle immediately, to avoid any incon venience to the user.

Vehicle is required to move throughout the jurisdiction of Eastern Railwa y or beyond. All the license, permit etc. required for the purpose shall be al ways available. In case of visit to outstation, no extra payment to the contr actor/driver will be made.

Driver shall be provided with white uniform by the contractor, cost of w hich will be borne by the contractor.

A working mobile phone should always be available with the driver. Cost of the mobile phone use will be borne the contractor.

In case driver is advised to attend any other person than the regular use r, he should contact the person and inform about his whereabouts and receive them.

Driver should help the user in arranging the luggage in the vehicle. He s hould open the doors and ensure that the occupants are safely seated befo re closing the door.

Immediately after the contract is awarded, contractor shall visit the user with all the documents for verification. This shall be done within 3 days fro m the date of award of contract.

Any deficiency in the above services will attract a penalty as per GeM contract.

A red board with “On duty, Government of India” to be put in the front of the vehicle.

The interior and exterior should be kept clean and hygienic. Every day, interior should be sprayed with deodorant.

Vehicle may be used in NIGHT for EMERGENCY SERVICE as and when r equired.

Any interruption of car service due to any reason or misconduct by the Driver or any other miscellaneous issue, the buyer must have power to lev y such as deductions and termination of contracts as per the conditions bel ow: 1st instance: Warning. 2nd instance : 05% of monthly vehicle hiring cost. 3rd instance : 10% of monthly vehicle hiring cost or termination of the contract. . अ'वीकरण अ'वीकरण /Disclaimer
