OPTION CLAUSE: The Purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered up to 25 percent of bid quantity at the time of placement of contract. The purchaser also reserves the right to increase the ordered quantity up to 25% of the contracted quantity during the currency of the contract at the contracted rates. The delivery period of quantity shall commence from the last date of original delivery order and in cases where option clause is exercised during the extended delivery period the additional time shall commence from the last date of extended delivery period. The additional delivery time shall be (Increased quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delivery period (in days), subject to minimum of 30 days. If the original delivery period is less than 30 days, the additional time equals the original delivery period. The Purchaser may extend this calculated delivery duration up to the original delivery period while exercising the option clause. Bidders must comply with these terms.

Delivery Period : Within 30 days from the date of acceptance of the PO Payment terms: · 100 % payment will be released within 30 days upon Delivery, Installation and Acceptanc e of materials at INCOIS, Hyderabad along with original Ink signed commercial invoice, app licable Test Certificate, Pre-shipment inspection/Q.C. passed certificate and warranty under taking and against submission of PBG for 05% value of contract valid for 14 months within 15 days from the date of acceptance of the material. Net payment will be released after statutory deductions, and no other payment terms will be consi dered. Inspection : Material on its arrival at our site will be inspected by our inspection department and t heir decision in this matter will be considered as final. Any defective/ damaged material is to be re placed by the supplier within 3 weeks without any extra charges .
