OPTION CLAUSE: The Purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered up to 25 percent of bid quantity at the time of placement of contract. The purchaser also reserves the right to increase the ordered quantity up to 25% of the contracted quantity during the currency of the contract at the contracted rates. The delivery period of quantity shall commence from the last date of original delivery order and in cases where option clause is exercised during the extended delivery period the additional time shall commence from the last date of extended delivery period. The additional delivery time shall be (Increased quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delivery period (in days), subject to minimum of 30 days. If the original delivery period is less than 30 days, the additional time equals the original delivery period. The Purchaser may extend this calculated delivery duration up to the original delivery period while exercising the option clause. Bidders must comply with these terms.

Set 3 Manufacture and supply of Pump Spares for the Process pumps private limited make Pump of Model PPS- 2 consist of impeller (semi -open), im peller nut, impeller nut gasket, oil seal and casing gasket, arrangement s as indicated in Annexure C of tender specifications.

Set 4 Manufacture and supply of Pump Spares for the Process pumps private limited make Pump of Model PPS- 5 consist of impeller (semi -open), im peller nut, impeller nut gasket, oil seal and casing gasket, arrangement s as indicated in Annexure D of tender specifications.

Set Note:

Total Contract period is 3 months (i.e. 90 Days). Refer the below breakup detail s: (i) Within 60 days party has to call for PDI from the date of PO. (ii) Within 15 days BHAVINI will complete the PDI and provide approval for dispatch of item from the date of intimation from party. (iii) Within 15 days party has to complete the contract activity from the date of approval of dispatch.

OEM – M/s. Process Pumps India Pvt. Ltd. should only participate.

Guarantee should be provided for 12 months from the date of supply.

Test certificate should be provided.

Pre-despatch inspection shall be carried out by our EIC or their authorized repr esentative of BHAVINI. Evaluation will be done on overall basis.

Performance Security Bank Guarantee should be provided within 15 days from the date of PO as per the GeM terms and conditions. (i.e. Delivery/Contract Period (90 Days (i.e. 3 months) + Defect Liability Period ( 12 months) + claim period (2 months) = Total 17 months). (Format enclosed).

All other terms and conditions are applicable as per GeM GTC and ATC.

If offer uploaded from same IP address their offer will not be considered for furt her evaluation.

Special Note: (i) Bidders are requested strictly to submit all the required documents as spelt out in the ATC of the bid. In case a bidder fails to submit th e required documents, their offer will not be considered for further e valuation and will be summarily rejected. (ii) Any loss or damage to the supplied material before completing the scope of work and handing over the material to BHAVINI is complet ely on the seller’s scope.
